Massachusetts Injury Lawyer Discusses DUI
As reported in the October 13, 2010 Boston Globe, 5 State Police vehicles have been struck by suspected drunk drivers. The latest vehicle to be struck was being driven by State Police Colonel Marian McGovern. Without a doubt, we must all be on the look out for erratic driving behavior. As a Massachusetts injury lawyer I have seen countless tragic accidents have involving drunk driving. I suggest if you see a vehicle which you believe is being driven erratically, to contact the police with the the license plate and location of the vehicle. I have represented many victims of Massachusetts drunk driving accidents. Although liability is not usually difficult to prove, the injuries can me catastrophic.
